Relate Sunrise and sunset in our life. And tell me what is more better? sunrise or sunset?

the sunrise when we are wake up. the sunset we are sellping . so both are is more best . then sun is rise we do our work. then sun is set we are relax .

I prefer two of them cuz we can play , can go to picnic and more at sunrise ️️️

And at sunset we can enjoy and rest for some time ️️️

OR .....

I prefer sunset cuz it's too love able and romantic at night I too enjoy the dark sky with diamond stars it peace our mind so sunset is more preferably for me !!

OR .....

I prefer sunrise cuz it's too naturable and the sounds of the birds makes me happy and the sun' s rise makes me too healthy so sunrise is more preferably for me !!
