Relation between angle of incidence and angle of refraction and angle of emergence

The angle made by the incident ray with normal is called angle of incidence.

when incident ray passes through one medium to another medium the ray get refracted called as refracted ray and angle made by it with normal in 2nd medium is called angle of refraction.

An imaginary ray when passes undeviated or without bending when it travels from 1medium to another is called emergent ray and the angle between this ray and normal is called angle of emergence.
