diagonal of rhombus are diameter of circle...

ar( rhombus) =1/2 x D1 x D2 = 1/2 x (d)² [d is diameter]

area of circle= π r² = π (d²/4)

ar rhombus : ar circle = d²/2 : π d²/ 4

= 1 : π / 2

= 1: 11/7

= 7:11  [multiplying both ratios by 7]

therefore, ratio of area of such a rhombus to area of the circle is 7:11
