It is the position and area that is govern by central govt ....It is assumed as whole nation across all the boundaries of state...All the policies made by PM applies directly in this....

State.....

It is a bounded area of a nation that I'd estimated as particular state as UP...It gas it's own govt ad well as central govt policies also effect it....

Relation....Between them...

*Both are under the authority of Central govt and a part of country...

* State govt is done his work under the Central govt in some situations...

* Central govt gives funds to state govt...
