Difference between Kc and Kp

Kc is the equilibrium constant when it is found through the use of concentrations, while Kp is the equilibrium constant when it is found through the use of partial pressures. These values are found the same way (products over reactants), just using different values depending on whether they are concentrations or pressures. As for converting between the two, there are two ways this can be done. Personally, I use PV=nRT on each of the given values to convert between concentration (n/v) and pressure at the beginning of the problem and then continues to problem from there to get my desired answer. However, the equation Kp=Kc(RT)^delta(n) where delta(n) is the change in moles of gas also works.
