Molarity is number of moles of a solute in 1L of a solution. Molality is number of moles of a solute in 1 kg of the solvent in the solution. While normality is the product of Molarity and n-factor. For acids, n-factor is defined as the number of H+ions replaced by 1 mole of acid in a reaction.
