critical velocity is that velocity of liquid flow up to which it's flow us stream lined and give which its flow becomes turbulent
Nr= internal force peer unit area \ viscous force per unit area
Reynold's number is a pure number which determine the nature of flow of liquid through the pipe

CRITICAL VELOCITY
It is the velocity of liquid till which the flow of liquid is streamlined.

REYNOLDS NO.

0 to 2000
The flow is streamlined and laminar
2000 to 3000
Flow of liquidis unstable it keep on changing from streamline to turbulent flow
3000 or above
The flow liquid is turbulent
