As SI unit of magnetic flux is weber, so 1Wb=Tesla(T)×m2
where 1T=104gauss and 1m2=104cm2
(T and gauss is the SI and CGS unit of magnetic field )
So, 1Wb=104gauss×104cm2=108 maxwell
