The changes in the shape ,area, volume and density of the matter is called thermal expansion.

Expansion is the process of expanding the subject.

In Thermal Expansion there are 3 coefficients,They are alpha ,beta and gamma.

The relation between these three coefficient is that alpha is equal to twice of beta which is equal to thrice of gamma.

\alpha =2\beta =3Y.

The ratio of the coefficient of thermal expansion is

\alpha =V(delta TpartialV)P

The linear expansion \alpha and the volume - expansion gamma is

gamma = 3 times the product of alpha and beta.

hence the relation between the three coefficient of thermal expansion is alpha = twice of beta=thrice of gamma.
