Capacity of Work = Energy .

Power = energy / time

= > 1 W = 1 J / 1 s

= > 1 W s = 1 J .

1 s = 60 min

    = 60 × 60 hr

    = 3600 hr

1 W s = 1 J

= > 1 J = 3600 W hr

This is the relation .
