Ab adult's normal resting heart rate (RHR) falls between 60 and90 beats per minute . An athlete who is in great shape may have an RHR between 40 and 60 .
In comparison a heart which beats 90 times per minute is defined as an abnormally high rapid heart beat , also known as tachycardia

Heart beats 60 to 90 times per minute. But as per your question, there is no relationship between weight of heart and it's number of beats.
