Prior to that, the ancient mathematicians from the Indian subcontinent have used the golden ratio in their geometrical constructs of Vedic altars. One such case of interest would be the construction of Sriyantram an ancient Vedic geometer constructed using nine isosceles triangles, interwoven and arranged only to produce 43 subsidiary triangles, all of them culminating to the point of intersection commonly referred by Hindu’s as the Bindu. As a result, when the Srichakram is fully drawn/constructed, the sides and base of such isosceles triangles follow this golden ratio
