Relationship between the union and states in political india

India is a union of states. The constitution of India has divided the legislative, executive and financial powers between the centre and the states, which gives the constitution a federal character whereas judiciary is integrated in a hierarchical structure.

relationship are not good enough. if same political parties are in union and state then there terms are perfect. but in case different parties in union and states like west bengal ,delhi then critical situation creates some time.
