It is a very very intersring question. As we can see that the relatibe density of the object is 1.208.We can think that it will not float on the water as it has some weight. Only object with light weight can afford to float on the water.According to me in this situation only the option no.A that is
the object will sink in the water suits the best.

Answer:

It will sink in water.

Explanation:

As we know that the density of water is 1 kg/m3 and 1000g/cm3.

If the unit is not defined we ill take the SI unit of the object(kg/m3),,

1kg/m3 < 1.208 kg/m3

this resembles that the density of the object is larger than water so hence it ill sink.

If it is wrong pls let me know
