It is a common practice in our country to close down roads or divert traffic, on account of political or religious meetings. Other than being a nuisance for the common man, who has to commute to reach work and for students going to their educational institutions, it also affects the passage of ambulances, fire engines and other emergency vehicles.
Huge posters and banners which are put up illegally by such parties, add to the confusion and danger to motorists and pedestrians alike.
People should rise up against such gatherings, which are nothing, but waste of money and cause great inconvenience to people.
