Hello, and a very good morning. I am Isha Paul of class_____and today I will take this moment to discuss the problems caused by plastic.

Plastic has become a big menace for the environment. Every day, millions of sea and land animals die of eating plastic as it is everywhere. The plastic which is causing this menace is none other than the plastic which has become important for our survival. Yes, we, humans, do not care about the environment and throw waste plastic anywhere. The innocent cows in the land and the cute dolphins and whales in the water swallow this plastic presuming it as food. Not only that. Burning of plastic creates harmful gases which may prove deadly for us if we breath them in. Instead of manufacturing more plastic, we could recycle it rather than just throw it anywhere. Nowadays, government services such as the Indian Railways are using recycled plastic to manufacture their water bottles, containers having food products, etc.

In the end, I would say that follow the rule of reduce, reuse and recycle to make the world a better place.
