Solution:

We need to get 100 in denominator so last two options are discarded

Multiply the fraction by  1/5  will change the number

We need to multiply with 1  (5/5)

Hence correct Method is

3/20  * 5/5

= 3 * 5 / (20 * 5)

= 15/100

= 0.15
