Renin stimulates the secretion of aldosterone that activates na+ reabsorption so that water can be passively reabsorbed.

Renin starts the RAAS( Renin Andotonsil Aldosterone System) Which increase  na+ reabsorption so that water can be passively reabsorbed, it also act as a vasopressin. This system is activated when there is loss of blood volume and blood pressure.
