Renuka is 10 years old . she eats jam sandwich for breakfast and takes biscuits and chips to school . she then eats dal rice and potato for lunch and pizza and cold drink for dinner . what changes should Renuka make to her diet to stay healthy ?

1. To remain healthy she should have a heavy break fast .
2. She should not take biscuits and chips to school, she needs a heavy food during school time to maintain concentration in studies.
3. She should eat very light food during dinner because st night our body does the least work and thus require less energy. but a lot energy would result in fat.
