b)2* 3614 is divisible by 6
c) 5486*7 is divisible by 3

1st que is not clear. b) A number divisible by both 2 and 3 is divisible by 6. Since last digit is 6, it is divisible by 2. Now sum of all the digits = 2+3+6+1+4=16. This is not divisible by 3. So add 2 to this number, it becomes 18 which is divisible by 3. Hence ans is 2. Ans of c and d is 0.
