factory which is close to your town. Write a letter to the Manager, Mr Vithal Bhai, seeking
permission to allow your group to visit the factory at a date and time suitable to him.
3. You had ordered some books from Messrs Sita Prakashan. On receipt of the package you find
that the books are not the same as ordered by you. Write a letter of complaint asking them
to replace the books.
4. You are Prem Butalia. You and your friends are interested in going for a sightseeing trip to
Goa. Write a letter to Messrs Joy Travels who conduct package tours asking them to give you
details of the tour.
