The animal cell is small atomic part of the body which is covered by the plasmic membrane /cell membrane which is selectively permeable in nature. It is filled with cytoplasm which contains the different kind of cell organelles like the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria (power house of the cell), ribosome which help in the process of protein synthesis. The main part of the cell is the nucleus which is surrounded by the nuclear membrane also helps on the protein synthesis and DNA and RNA exchange.
