Introduction-
We know that pollution is a measure problem in India specially during the festival. During the festival air, water and environment get polluted. In India the most polluted cities are the bigger cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata etc. Population is more in these cities which causes more pollution to the environment. During festival these cities get more polluted that affect the human health. Most of the disease is caused by the pollution. In Durga Puja we immerse the idol of Durga in the river that pollutes the water because the idol is painted with color that has many chemical and it can be poisonous to the water organism as well as the animal who consume river water for drinking. Bursting cracker in Diwali causes noise pollution as well as air pollution. Cracker releases harmful smoke in the environment that affects every living thing on the earth.
Summary-
Bursting cracker and immersing idol in river makes the environment polluted. In both the cases they are releasing chemicals that are toxic and affecting the human life including with the animals.
Conclusion-
For a people now it’s high to change the tradition and make the all festival in eco-friendly manner. Indian government is also taking a major step and appealing people to make the festival in eco- friendly manner. They passed the rule like bursting crackers after 10PM is totally restricted.
