A customer impatiently ordered the waiter (a) to come at his table instantly. The waiter politely said that he was at his (customer's) service and asked (b) what he could do for him. The customer complained (c) there was a fly in his soup .The Waiter wittily but politely enquired of him (d) if he had expected an elephant in a soup bowl.
