Ask your parents to take you to an ice-cream factory to see how milk is churned into ice-cream and then packaged to be sold.
Find out all relevant information as to what ingredients are used, how it is pasteurised to kill germs and at what temperature it is frozen. Also find out at what stage nuts, raisins, chips etc. are added to it.
Now write a report on your visit to the ice-cream factory giving all details.
