The Inter-School Cultural festival was held in Guru Har Rai Academy Kanpur in the month of august on 31st 2019 from 4 P. M. to 9 P. M. The Inter-School Cultural festival was organized to encourage and give knowledge about the cultural and types of cultural activities. The Function was attended by the member of parliament as the chief guest i.e., Shri Satish Mahana ji as the chief guest or special guest.
Green room was provided to all the participants along with refreshments and other essential things. Distinguished guests, elite guardians, I myself and the students of our school as well as other school also attended and participated in the inaugural function. The events of the day -long programme included music, recitation, dance, story telling, extempore speech,pantomime and chorus. The chief guest distributed prizes among the participants who performed well in the function.
During the programme the honey bees interrupted the program for about twenty minutes . The chief guest also delivered a valuable speech. In his speech he gave much importance to the need for arranging such a programme. He encouraged the students for their laudable performances.This was a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our talent.
However,everybody enjoyed the cultural function and highly appreciated the organizers and also the students. The function revealed many aspects of our culture before the audience.
