Report of the Interview with the Principal Regarding Improvement of School Facilities
A meeting to discuss the plans to improve facilities of the institution was held in the Principal’s office on December 14, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. The President, the Principal, the coordinators, and the bursar attended the meeting. Keeping in mind the increasing competition from the neighbouring schools and to raise the standard of the school at par with the best schools in India the following decisions were taken:
1. It was decided that the school would immediately buy 5 new, CNG, AC deluxe buses.
2. It was decided that the school would immediately install solar power generation plant to generate electricity for its own consumption.
3. keeping in mind the success in the facilitation of learning, and students’ liking for the smart-classes, it was decided that all classrooms would be converted into smart-classes.
4. It was decided that the school would buy the adjoining land and have proper cricket, basketball, and tennis grounds/courts built.
5. It was decided that the school would upgrade the library, computer, sciences labs.
6. It was also decided that in the near future the school would provide teaching and learning tabs to its students and teachers to minimize paper wastage. It was decided to make the school website more active and interactive.
7. The proposal of installing wastage treatment plant for school sewage was also accepted by the President.
8. It was also decided that a new high-tech English digital lab would be installed for better learning of English.
9. March 26, 2017 was kept as completion deadline.
All the members attending the meeting unanimously supported and agreed to the proposals and decisions taken at the meeting.
