A musical night was organised by PQR School to raise funds for the destitute children living in the slum colonies of the city with the view to help in their education. The roster included eminent musicians helping us put together a musical extravaganza that surpassed expectations in terms of the funds collected for the purpose.
The programme was presided upon by our esteemed principal and the sheriff of the city graced the occasion as our chief guest for the evening. From tabla recitals to western classicals, there was a variety on offer to regale the audiences. The evening concluded with a special performance by the school choir. The funds collected were donated to the trust which is concerned with the upkeep and education of the slum children.
