Answer:
The Navaratri celebration in our school was a grand affair. The whole school was decked up in lights and colors. The students and staff participated in the celebrations with great enthusiasm. The nine-day festival began with the hoisting of the Navaratri flag by the school principal. The students performed a special pooja to invoke the blessings of the nine goddesses. They also performed a special puja for the nine planets. On the ninth day, the students took out a grand procession around the school campus, carrying the idols of the nine goddesses. The procession was led by the school band. The students and staff danced to the tunes of the band. It was a sight to behold. The Navaratri celebrations came to a close with the distribution of prasadam to all the students and staff.
