Nowadays, the teenagers are very addicted to the online game called PUBG. This has ruined their studies and their disciplined lifestyle. It has become a matter of great concern. So it has become very necessary to help those teenagers come out of this addiction.
Some methods includes :
1. The Teenagers should be given counselling of getting addicted to a game which would destroy their studies and career too.
2. They should be explained the disciplined way of maintaining their lifestyle.
3. The most important one is that the teenagers should meditate and also practice yoga everyday for their mental health.
