In the first, introduce your trip and why you went on it, but don't give too many specific facts. For the next paragraph, explain in more detail where and when you went. Include factual information, and maybe what you were expecting before the trip.

Explanation:

t was a beautiful Wednesday morning and our school had planned a field visit to the election office, none of our school mates had never been to an election office before. Last Wednesday was just like another working day for the workers yet they were very interested and keen in showing us the place and what department handles what.

They explained us everything from the scratch, the environment in the election office was like any other government office, workers had a lot of work on their hands yet they didn’t seemed to be in much of a hurry.
