Every year on the date of 7 April has been chosen to be the World Health Day. On this day the awareness related to the health of the people globally. The World Health Organization and other such organizations sponsor the day. The main motive behind the day is to create awareness among all the people in the world about their health. Many international, regional and local events are organized by the WHO on particular themes and issues related to health awareness.
