The use of plastic bags was banned by our state government a few years ago. But people are not listening to them at all. Plastic is used in the market randomly and the sellers and buyers are not concerned and aware of its bad effect. People are putting plastics and this is causing the drainage problem.
People are unaware of the release of harmful chemicals from plastic, it can affect the soil and water directly. The government should take strict action on it. The use of plastic will not stop until the production of it is stopped.

Past few year's government had banned the production of plastic. Also, the single use plastic bags were also banned. But now unfortunately these plastic bags are used everywhere. Not only, we use these poly bags, but also we throw them into drains and in open areas. They block the flow of drainage system that makes the cause of many diseases. In open areas sometimes cow or any other animal eat it along the other food from garbage. It can't digest and get suck in the path of respiration that may cause the death of an animal.
