intense rain for three consecutive dys in the upper area resulted in severe flooding of the low lying and it's surrounding areas the rain which started on twenty third increased in intensity over the next two days the flood waters seems to have abated by today but the situation still looks grim we could only travel on foot and in certain places by small boats
