  1. Draw a line AB .
  2. Put at the center "0" .
  3. On right side of "0" put positive numbers like 1 , 2,3 .....
  4. On left side of "0" put negative numbers like -1 , -2, -3....
  5. Between the each number mark 3 lines because in the given number it is "4" .
  6. Now count the number from positive side of "0" and circle where you find \frac{21}{4} .
  7. Do the same on the negative side of "0" .
  8. You will get your required number number.
