Steps of constructions:
1. First draw a line of measure 9.3and name it as AB. Now, extend AB to 1 cm and name it as AC.
2. Now, take more than half of AB and draw a perpendicular line on a line AB and name the perpendicular point as O. So, AOB is a line.
3. Now, make a 90 degree angle on a point B and name it as D ( with compass).
4. Now, measure BD with compass and draw an arc in the right side and name it as E.
5. BD=BE=root under 9.3
