To represent the rational number-3/4

Step1: Draw align and mark a point of on AIDS to represent the number of 0

Step2: mark unit lens OXand OX to the right and left of o respectively x and X represent the integers 1 and -1 respectively.

Step3:sence the denominator of the given rational number is 4 divided by X and X into 4 equal parts and mark the point on OX s l m and n and on OX l m and n;

Step4:since the numerator of the given rational number is 1 and 3 count 1 part to the right of 0 and 3 part of the left of zero on the number line respectively the point l will represent the rational number 1 by 4 the point and will represent the rational number -3 by 4 3 by 4.
