Above is construction of root 9.3☝

First draw a line of 9.3 cm. Then mark one end of the line as A and other end as B. After that take one inch from point B on line and mark as C. Make an Arc at point A and at the same at point C. Intersection of the ark on line it is point O. Take the point of compass at point O and draw semicircle from A to C. After that from point B draw a 90 degree angle that's your root 9.3 and take the point of compass at B and draw broken line with same measurement and mark that point as E. That's is also root 9.3.
