To represent graphically the variation of electric field with distance for a uniformly charged plane sheet :
- We know that the electric field of a uniformly charged is independent of the distance.
- This means that whatever be a point considered with respect to the uniformly charged sheet, the strength of electric field at that point is going to be the same.
- So, the graph will be a constant value i.e parallel to x-axis (distance).
