Then mark 9.5cm on the line from starting point and then mark extra 1cm form the end point of 9.5cm
Make a perpendicular bisector of 10.5cm ,to make the perpendicular bisector draw the arc more than the radius of 10.5cm
Then join the two arcs and we may get the radius draw the circle .
Now draw the perpendicular line from ending point of 9.5cm or starting point of 10.5cm till the line touches the circle then draw a quarter circle with the radius of the perpendicular line that we did from starting point of 1cm and that's over
