See diagram.

Draw a line AG =5 cm.  Mark B, C, D and E as shown.

BF = 3.2 cm.  Draw perpendicular Bisector of HG at F.

Similarly draw perpendicular bisector of AC at B.

Now do the construction for angular bisector of the right angle at B and F.

The two angular bisectors intersect at I.  BI = FI = √3.2  cm.  as BF = 3.2cm

Draw an arc from B with radius BI onto  AG.

SO  BJ  =  √3.2 cm
