Draw a line and mark point a on it .
mark a point b on line such that ab is 9.6
mark a point c on ab such that bc is 1 unit.
find the mis point of ac and take o as the mid point.
draw a semi-circle taking o as center
also draw a line passing through b perpendicular to ob
taking b as the centre and bd as radius draw an arc cutting oc produced at e.
