⚫️Mark a line segment OB=6.5 on number line.

⚫️Mark point C at a distance of 1 unit from B.

⚫️Find the mid point of OC and mark it point. D.

⚫️Draw a semicircle on OC while taking D as its centre.

⚫️Draw a perpendicular to line OC passing through point B.

⚫️Let it intersect at semicircle point E.

⚫️Taking B as centre and BE as radius, draw an arc intersecting number line at F.

⚫️BF is √6.5.

⚫️Draw a new number line of same size as that of previous.
⚫️Where the arc intersects, say X.
⚫️OX=√6.5.
