it's pretty simple

draw a line and name it L and draw arrows on bother ends so that it represents line is ever expanding

now draw 1/10;2/10;3/10 till 11/10 on positive side and then 0 and then on negative side draw -1/10;-2/10-3/10 till that only

Keep positive side longer as there are more numbers

make sure that all numbers are at distance of 1 cm with. a visible dark point on line and circle the point of 11/10 on number line

also no need to simplify fractions for ex:- 2/10=1/5 so no need to write 1/5 keep it 2/10 only
