Follow these steps:
1) draw a number line and mark points (gap b/w points should be 1cm).
2) mark a point as 0 and as -7/2 is negative it should be marked on left hand side of 0.The first point to the right hand side of 0 is 1/2,then 2/2 then 3/2 and so on.the points to the left hand side of 0 is -1/2,-2/2,-3/2............-7/2.
3)the point where u marked -7/2 should be marked by either circling or crossing or any other way.
Similarly for 4/3
draw a number line and as the denominator is 3 mark all the points with denominator 3 like 0,1/3,2/3,3/3,4/3.......then mark 4/3
