So, first of all we need to divide the number line between zero and one into 4 equal parts and the third part of the four parts will be representation of 3/4  on number line. It can be represented as:

1- draw number line ranging from 0 to -1 .

2-mark 7 equal divisions on the number line.

3- mark -1/7,-2/7,-3/7,-4/7,-5/7 and -6/7.

4-point out -5/7 on the number line.
