Answer:

area of rectangle is l ×b

L=1+2b....... condition 1

l×b=465.... equation 1

put the value of l in the equation 1

(1+2b)b=465

b+2b^2=465

2b^2+b-465=0 is the equation

let \\ breadth \: of \: the \: rectangular \: plot \:  = x \: metres \\ according \: to \: the \: problem \\ length \: of \: the \: rectangular \: plot \:  = 2x + 1 \: metres \\ area \: of \: rectangle \:  = b \times l \\( x)  \times (2x + 1) = 465 \\ 2x {}^{2}  + x = 465 \\ 2x { }^{2}  + x - 465 = 0
