Represent these numbers on the number line.
i. 9/7
ii. -7/5

1) first of all get the number in mixed fraction i.e. 9/7 can be written as 1 whole no 2/7 now divide the number line between 1 and 2 in 7 equal parts. At the 2nd point mark the point 1 whole no 2/7 that's the required number line
2) do the same for-7/5 it would be 1 whole no 2/5. Now divide the line between -1 and -2 in 5 equal parts and mark the 2nd point as answer
