It is called copyright infringement.

Copyright is a form of intellectual property law which protects the original works of authors and writers of literary works, dramas, artistic works and musical compositions like songs, poetry, movies, architecture, and computer software. So when a person reproduces and distributes the material without the owner's consent it is called copyright infringement.
