My name is Ramya studying 9th standard section B . I am sorry to inform you mam that i will be transferring from the school .The reason for this is that my father has been transferred to mumbai and he is due to start his job there in the next month . Due to transfer my family will be relocating to Mumbai next month .
The purpose for writing this letter is that i am hoping that you can issue me my marks card .I will need them for new school for admission purpose . I will genuinely appreciate your help mam for aqquiring my marks sheet .
